AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.85
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY
ESTABLISHING GYMNASTICS SCHOOLS AS
A SPECIAL USE IN ALL INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Pldn Commission of the Village
of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called
and held considered the question of amending Section
5.85, Special Uses in All Industrial Districts of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, by adding thereto gymnastics schools; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having
considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission
find and believe it to be in the best interest of
the Village that said Section be amended pursuant
to the recommendation of said Plan Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 5.85 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following paragraph:
D. Indoor teaching and training facility
for teaching basic and advanced skills
in the art and sport of gymnastics.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
