AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AS IT APPLIES TO REAR
YARD REQUIREMENTS TO PERMIT THE
INSTALLATION OF A SCREEN PATIO FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 498 WELLINGTON
AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (DIONNE)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village to permit the installation of a screen patio
for property located at 498 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village,
Illinois and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said
Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hard-
ship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 5.1
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to Paul and Judy Dionne (owners of record) to permit the
installation of a screen patio for property located at 498 Wellington
Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 4578 in Elk Grove Village Section 15,
being a Subdivision in the South Half of
Section 32, Townmship 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds on
August 21, 1967 as Document 20236026, in
Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
