AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
OF SECTION 3.54, PARAGRAPH D, OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AS IT APPLIES TO REAR
YARD REQUIREMENTS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF A SWIMMING POOL WOOD DECK FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1397 MITCHELL TRAIL,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (WILLIAMS)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village'of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Sec.
3.54, Paragraph D, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of a swimming pool
wood deck for property located at 1397 Mitchell Trail, Elk Grove
Village, Illinois and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said
Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship
exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54,
Paragraph D, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to Robert J. and Maureen A. Williams (owners of record)
to permit the construction of a swimming pool wood deck for
property located at 1397 Mitchell Trail, Elk Grove Village and
legally described as follows:
Lot 35 in Block 1 in Elk Grove Village Section
19, being a subdivision in Section 36, Township
41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. (Excepting
therefrom that portion lying east of the west
line of Rohlwing Road per Document No. 11069335
dated April 5, 1932).
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
