AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION 14.510, SNOW REMOVAL,
PARAGRAPH "C", FEES, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.510, Snow Removal, Paragraph "C", Fees,
be and the same is hereby amended by amending the storage fee from Four
($4.00) Dollars to Seven ($7.00) Dollars per day.
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation violating any
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its,passage,_approval and publication according to law.
