AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SCHREINER)
WHEREAS, a written Petition has been filed with the Village Clerk of the
Village of Elk Grove Village by The First Arlington National Bank, as Trustee
under Trust Agreement dated December 10, 1975 and known as Trust No. A-597,
Thomas R. Schreiner, Palatine National Bank, as Trustee under Trust Agreement
dated 6-3-80 and known as Trust No. 3419, Thomas R. Schreiner, Rugh H. Schreiner
and Peter Thorkelson, as Trustees under the provisions of a Trust Agreement
dated January 31, 1972 and known as The Environmental Enterprises, Inc.
Profit Sharing Trust, being the record owners of the hereinafter described
land and territory, said Petition seeking annexation to the Village of Elk
Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate limits of
any municipality, but is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove Village, and
has no electors residing thereon; and
WHEREAS, any Fire Protection District, Library District, Township Road
Commissioner, or any other entity or person entitled to notice prior to
annexation of the subject property has been given such notice as is required
by law; and
WHEREAS, all statutory requirements in reference to the annexation have
been fully complied with, and the Village President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that said land and territory be annexed thereto; and
Whereas, there are no electors residing on the subject property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That the following land and territory, which territory is
contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove Village and not within the limits of
any other municipality, be and the same is hereby annexed to the Village of
Elk Grove Village, so that said territory be included within the boundary limits
of said Village as is by law in such case made and provided:
The North 712.0 feet of the North 37.50 acres of the East � of the
Northwest ;4 of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, (Except the East 5.0 acres thereof) in
Cook County, Illinois.

of Elk Grove Village have been paid.
