AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY PROHIBITING PARKING
ON SECTIONS OF RIDGE AVENUE AND WELLINGTON AVENUE WITHIN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Countues,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in certain designated
areas within the Village, be amended by adding thereto the following
paragraphs to read as follows:
88. On the east side of Ridge Avenue to a
point 300 feet north of Devon Avenue.
89. On the west side of Ridge Avenue
between Landmeier Road and Charing
Cross.
90. On the east side of Wellington Avenue,
north of Biesterfield Road, from the
corner to a point 165 feet north thereof.
91. On the west side of Wellington Avenue,
north of Biesterfield Road, from the
corner to a point 190 feet north thereof.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after is passage, approval and publication, according to law.
