AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE APPROVED FINAL
LAND USE AND ZONING MAP FOR THE PARK
ORLEANS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, conducted a
public hearing duly called and held to consider the question
of amending the Final Land Use and Zoning Map for Park Orleans;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendations of said Plan Commission find and believe it
to be in the best interests of the Village that the Final
Land Use and Zoning Map be amended according to the recommenda-
tions of said Plan Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the approved Final Land Use and Zoning
Map for the Park Orleans Planned Unit Development be and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
A) The Developer is hereby permitted to permit
construction of either twenty-four (24) or
thirty-six (36) units within the "B" Phases
(second wing) of Building Nos. 2, 3 and 4 as
currently platted.
B) The identification logos previously set forth
on the architectural walls are hereby amended
so that each logo shall individually identify
the particular building on which they are placed.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
