AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SEC. 3.96 AS IT RELATES TO OFF-STREET
PARKING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 825
NICHOLAS BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(LITTON MEDICAL ELECTRONICS)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance
to provide for forty (40) parking spaces as opposed to the
required amount of fifty (50) at property located at 825
Nicholas Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find that
sufficient ..hardship exists so as to warrant a granting of
said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.96
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to the Cosmopolitan National Bank of Chicago under Trust No.
17922 to permit the installation of forty (40) parking spaces
as opposed to the required fifty (50) for the property located
at 825 Nicholas Boulevard, Elk Grove Village and legally
described as follows:
825 NICHOLAS BOULEVARD
Lot 10 in Centex Industrial Park North, Unit 2,
being a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, and Lot 11
in Centex Industrial Park North Unit 3, being
a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.

ORDINANCE NO. 1615
An Ordinance Granting a Variation of Section 3.96 as it
Relates to Off -Street Parking Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village for property located at 825
Nicholas Blvd., Elk Grove Village (Litton Medical Electronics)
was duly adopted by the President and Board of Trustees on January
10, 1984. Said Ordinance has been published in Pamphlet Form
pursuant to the authority of the President and Board of Trustees,
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois.
Copies are available at the Village Clerk's Office, Municipal
Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
