AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIGN VARIATION
TO WHERE ELSE LOUNGE INC., DONALD KONTOS
AND ROSELLE STATE BANK UNDER TRUST NO.
1183 TO PERMIT THE EXISTENCE OF TWO (2)
EIGHT FOOT BY EIGHT FOOT ILLUI4INATED
IDENTIFICATION SIGNS AT 1170 HIGGINS ROAD
AND 1190 HIGGINS ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Agreed Order entered in Case
No. 80 M1-70560 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois,
the -Village of Elk Grove Village has agreed to permit the
continuation of two (2) free standing identification signs
subsequent to the annexation of the territory in which the
signs are located; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the signing of the Agreed
Order, said property was annexed to the Village of Elk Grove
Village;
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the eight foot by eight foot double
faced illuminatedidentification sign for Lively Liquors
located at 1170 Higgins Road, Elk Grove Village and the eight
foot by eight foot double faced illuminated identification
sign for Where Else Lounge located at 1190 Higgins Road,
Elk Grove Village, be and the same are hereby granted variations
and shall hereinafter be permitted subject to the condition
that should said signs be removed, replaced or require sub-
stantive maintenance, then the variations herein granted
shall be deemed null and void and said signs shall then be
required to conform to all applicable Village Ordinances.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
