HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1618 - 1/24/1984 - ZONING VARIATION/1500 NICHOLAS BLVDORDINANCE NO. 1618 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.55 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR FRONT -YARD PARKING AT FIELD CONTAINER CORPORATION 1500 NICHOLAS BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE ' WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Sec. 3.55 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village pertaining to the use of yards for vehicles, in order to permit parking in the front -yard at property located at 1500 Nicholas Boulevard and legally ` described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.55 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it pertains to the use of yards for vehicles to permit front -yard parking at Field Container Corporation, 1500.Nicholas Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 1 in Eli. and Dina Field 2nd Resubdivision, being a Resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in Eli and Dina Field Resubdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Lot 2 in Eli and Dina Field 2nd Resubdivision, being , a Resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in. Eli and Dina Field Resubdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. A VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: ABSENT: 1 -- APPROVED: Charles J.
