ORDINANCE NO. 1619
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SEC. 3.54 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO
THE LA SALLE NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE ,
UNDER TRUST NO. 100628 TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CONNECTING BUILDINGS
AT PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2299 BUSSE ROAD
AND 1717 ARTHUR AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(SANFILIPPO & SONS, INC.)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction
of connecting buildings at property located at 2299 Busse
Road and 1717 Arthur Avenue, which property is legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to the La Salle National Bank as Trustee under Trust No. 100628
in order to permit the construction of connecting buildings
for property located at 2299 Busse Road and 1717 Arthur Avenue,
Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 194 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 17 being a
Subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Lllinois (.1717 Arthur Avenfic)
Lot A - in Centex Industrial Park Unit 17 being'a
Subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois.
Lot 397 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 244, being a
Subdivision in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35,
Township 41 North, Range ll, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded April 22,
1980 as Document 25432391, in Cook County, Illinois
(2299 Busse Road)
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
a effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
