AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 630 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AS IT PERTAINS
TO SPEED RESTRICTIONS ON SHADYWOOD LANE AND ROCKWOOD LANE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section l: That Ordinance No. 630 adopted June 17, 1969, which
Ordinance states Shadywood Lane between its intersection with Wildwood
Road on the southwest and its northernmost intersection with Basswood
Drive on the north be designated as a 20 miles per hour,speed zone,
and Rockwood Drive between its intersection with Shadywood Lane and
Redwood Avenue is hereby designated as a 20 miles per hour speed zone,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be In full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 13th day of March , 1984.
