AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SEC. 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO
PILLOW A DIVISION OF A LOT INTO TWO
(2) LOTS UNDER THE FIFTEEN THOUSAND '
(15,000) SQUARE FOOT LOT SIZE MINIMUM
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1331 BRUMMEL
AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and
held according to law considered the question of granting
a variation of Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village as same pertains to minimum square foot lot size
on property located at 1331 Brummel Avenue, Elk Grove Village
and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after
having reviewed the recommendation of said Zoning Board
of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists
so as to warrant the granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of
Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village as same pertains to the square foot lot requirement
in the I-1 Zoned District to permit the division of one (1)
lot into (2) lots with an approximate size of fourteen thousand
nine hundred fifty (14,950) square feet on property located
at 1331 Brummel Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally described
as follows:
Lot 188 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit 130,
being a subdivision in the Northeast Quarter
of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.

ORDINANCE NO. 1624
An Ordinance granting a variation of Section 5.1 of the
Zoning Ordinance of The Village of Elk Grove Village to
allow a division of a lot into two (2) lots under the
fifteen thousand (15,000) square foot lot size minimum
on property located at 1331 Brummel Avenue, Elk Grove
Village was duly adopted by the President and Board of
Trustees on March 13, 1984. Said Ordinance has been
published in Pamphlet Form pursuant to the authority of
the President and Board of Trustees, Village of Elk Grove
Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois. Copies are
available at the Village Clerk's Office, Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
