AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
ROOM ADDITION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1102 LOVELL COURT, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(FEO)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held considered the question of granting a
variation of Sec. 3.54A of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village as it pertains to required side yards
to Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Feo in order to permit the construction
of a room addition on property located at 1102 Lovell Court,
Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the
findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook
and DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a four (41) foot
variation of the side yard requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. & Mrs. Andrew
Feo to permit the construction of a room addition on property
legally described as follows:
Lot 5148 in Elk Grove Village Section 17,
being a subdivision in Section 25 and 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
