AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SEC. 3.54A AND SEC. 5.1 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CONNECTING FACILITIES BETWEEN THREE
(3) BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 370, 390 and
400 CROSSEN AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(BELL LITHO)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting variations of Sec. 3.54A
and Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as said Sections pertain
to structures located in any front, side or rear yard area and
the requirements for ten (10') foot side yard areas respectively
in order to permit the construction of connecting facilities
between buildings located at 370, 390 and 400 Crossen Avenue
and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommenda-
tions of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of
said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation to HERMAN
BELLAGAMBA and FELIX A. RICCI of Secs. 3.54A and 5.1 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village to permit the construction of two (2)
connecting facilities between three (3) buildings located at
370, 390 and 400 Crossen Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally
described as follows:
Lots 210 and 211 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit
150, being a subdivision in the Northeast Quarter
of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois. Also Lot 226 in Higgins Industrial Park
Unit 161, being a subdivision in the Northeast
Quarter of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be.in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
