AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14A OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE THEREBY ADOPTING
ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 4 OF THE ILLINOIS
VEHICLE CODE (ABANDONED VEHICLES)
BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Sec. 14A.101 of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
G. Chapter 4, Article II in its entirety.
Section 2: That paragraph C. of Sec. 14A.102 of the
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
C. Chapter 4, Articles I and III.
Section 3: That Article XI of Chapter 14 of the Municipal
Code (Abandoned Vehicles) is hereby repealed.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
