AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1458 PERTAINING TO THE AMENDED SPECIAL USE
PERMIT TO CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST IN ORDER TO
PERMIT THE NUMBER OF TWO BEDROOM DWELLING UNITS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 1458 duly passed
and approved on the 12th day of May, 1981 be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3: That paragraph 8. of Section 2. of
Ordinance 1292 be amended to read as follows:
8. The total development shall consist of the
following number of units:
a. Units constructed or under construction at the
passage of this amending Ordinance:
1. Four, one-story, two-bedroom townhouse
units;
2. Twenty, two-story, two-bedroom townhouse
units;
3. Forty, three-bedroom townhouse units.
b. Units to be constructed after the passage of
this amending Ordinance:
1. Fifty-two townhouse modules, twenty-six
of said modules consisting of a one-story,
two-bedroom, condominium unit over a one-
story, one -bedroom condominium unit and the
twenty-six remaining modules consisting of
a one-story, two-bedroom, condominium unit
over a one-story, two-bedroom condominium
unit. Each condominium unit shall have an
attached one car garage and a private entry.
2. Ninety, two-story units, provided however that
no more than sixty-four, three-bedroom units
may be constructed.
Section 2: That the remaining Sections and paragraphs of
Ordinance 1292 and Ordinance .1458 not specifically amended herein
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
