AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1407
BY AMENDING THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR LOT
1 OF PARCEL D OF VILLAGE ON THE LAKE PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the
Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development was previously
approved by the President and Board of Trustees on September
23, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested certain minor changes
to be incorporated into said Final Site Plan and said minor
changes have been reviewed by the Building Department of the
Village; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has presented an amended Site Plan
dated November 19, 1982 and prepared by Henderson and Bodwell
Consulting Engineers which Final Site Plan incorporates the
changes as requested by the Developer; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building
Commissioner of the Village of Elk Grove Village that said
Site Plan, as amended, be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees -of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook
and DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That incorporated into this Ordinance and
made a part hereof by reference to the amended Final Site Plan
dated November 19, 1982 prepared by Henderson and Bodwell
which Final Site Plan shall be designated Exhibit A.
Section 2: That Ordinance 1407 duly adopted and approved
by the President and Board of Trustees on the 23rd day of
September, 1980 be and the same is hereby amended by the
adoption and approval of the Final Site Plan incorporated herein
as Exhibit,A and that only those uses enumerated and set forth
on said Exhibit A shall be permitted on the property set forth
therein.
Section 3: That prior to the issuance of a Certificate
of Occupancy for any new construction, the Developer must submit
and the Village must approve a landscaping plan for the entire
subject property.
Section 4: That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with,
or who resist the enforcement of any provision of this Ordinance
shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor more
than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for each offense, and each
day that a violation is permitted to exist or continue shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
