AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B, NUMBER OF LICENSES OF SECTION
18.1204, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "A" LIQUOR LICENSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph B, Number of Licenses of Section 18.1204
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains
to Class "A" Liquor Licenses be amended to read as follows:
"There shall be issued in the Village of Elk Grove
Village no more than twenty-two (22) Class "A"
Liquor Licenses.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after it passage, approval and publication, according to law.
PASSED this 8th day of March , 1983.
