AN ORDINANCE GRANTI14G A FIVE (5') FOOT
REAR YARD VARIATION TO PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 880 AND 900 NICHOLAS BOULEVARD, ELK
GROVE VILLAGE (COMET TOOL. INC.)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 5.1 Dimensions, Bulk, and
Area Regulations for all Zoning Districts of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it relates to rear
yards, to permit the construction of a masonry structure
connecting buildings located at 880 and 900 Nicholas Boulevard,
which properties are legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and
believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the
granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a five (5') foot varia-
tion of Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village as same applies to the rear yard requirements
to permit the construction of a masonry connecting structure
for buildings located at 880 and 900 Nicholas Boulevard, which
properties are legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1 Lot 12 in Centex Industrial Park North
Unit 3, being a Subdivision in Section 26,
Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois,
and;
PARCEL 2 The North 30.0 feet of Lot 15 in Centex
Industrial Park North, Unit 5, being a
Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Lot 15 (except the North 30 feet thereof) in
Centex Industrial Park North Unti No. 5, being
a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41 North,
Range 11, Last of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication accord-
ing to law.
