AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER, 18, ARTICLE III, LICENSE
FEES, SECTION 18.301 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO LIQUOR
LICENSE FEES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 18.301, License Fees, of the Municipal Code,
which Section pertains to Liquor License Fees be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
TYPE OF BUSINESS
Liquor: Class A b B
Class C
Class D
Class AA (Late Closing)
ANNUAL FEE UNLESS
OTHERWISE INDICATED

1,000.00
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to such fines as are set
forth in Section 18.5308 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
