AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR FOR
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE NORTHWEST SUBURBAN MUNICIPAL JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has passed Ordinance No. 1434, which Ordinance approved the Northwest
Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement permits a Director and Alternate Director to
be appointed to the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal
Joint Action Water Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois.
SECTION 1. That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village hereby designates and appoints Charles J. Zettek, as its
Director on the Board of Directors of the Agency and Michael Tosto as its
Alternate Director, for a term expiring April 30, 1985.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
