AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A REAP, YARD
VARIATION TO THE RIVER FOREST STATE
BANK & TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE UNDER
TRUST NO. 1688 TO PERMIT A STRUCTURE
WITHIN THE SEVENTY-FIVE (75') FOOT
SETBACK REQUIREMENT (SBL-WOODSON
DEVELOP14ENT COMPANY)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of Elk Grove Village in a public hearing duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a
variation of Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as it relates
to structures located in a required rear yard area; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and
believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant
the granting of a rear yard variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of
Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village to The River Forest State Bank & Trust Company
as Trustee under Trust Agreement No. 1688 thereby reducing
the Seventy-five (75') foot rear yard requirement to 48.67 feet
on property located on the North side of Bonaventure Drive,
approximately One Hundred Fifty (150') feet East of Nerge
Road and legally described as follows:
Lot #3 in Rohlwing Grove Unit #4, being a
Subdivision of part of the South half of
Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
