AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIDE -YARD VARIATION
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO THE ETON METAL PRODUCTS, INC. TO PERMIT
THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENCLOSED INTERCONNECTING PASSAGEWAY BETWEEN
TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 144 AND 160 LIVELY BOULEVARD, ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1980 Ordinance No. 1429 was passed granting a
side -yard variation of the Zoning Ordinance to the Exton Metal Products, Inc.
to permit the construction of an enclosed interconnecting passageway between
two separate buildings located at 144 and 160 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove
Village and legally described as -follows:
Lot 13 in Garlisch Subdivision Unit No. 12, being a
subdivision of part of the West 1i of the East 15 of
Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois; and
Lot 12 in Garlisch Subdivision Unit 11,being a.
subdivision of part of the West 31 of the East � of
Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois;
and
WHEREAS, Exton Metal Products, Inc., the owner of the above parcels
desires to subdivide Lot 13 into Sublots 1 and 2 and to transfer title to
sublot 2; and
WHEREAS, the two buildings for which the enclosed interconnecting pas-
sageway was built are located on Lot 12 and Sublot 1; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the two buildings desires to keep the foregoing
variation in full force and effect and to retain the enclosed interconnecting
passageway connecting the two buildings.
NOW, TMMEFORE, be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
SECTION 1: That the legal description of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1429
are modified to reflect the subdivision of Lot 13 as follows:
Lot 12 in Garlisch Subidivsion Unit 11, being a
subdivision of part of the West � of the East
of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois; and
Lot 1 in Ogino's Resubdivision of Lot 13 in
Garlisch Subdivision Unit No. 12 being a
subdivision of part of the West ;j of the East
3i of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois.

SECTION 2: That Ordinance 1429 shall in all other regards continue
to be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to record
a copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
