AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1407 AND 1555
BY AMENDING THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR VILLAGE ON THE
LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, a Final Site Plan for Village on the Lake
Planned Unit Development was previously approved by the
President and Board of Trustees on September 23, 1980, and
amended by Ordinance No. 1555 on January 25, 1983;
WHEREAS, the developer has requested certain minor
changes to be incorporated into said Final Site Plan which
changes involve an increase of balcony overhangs and which
changes have been reviewed by the Billing Department of the
Village and approved by same;
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building
Commissioner of the Village of Elk Grove Village that said
Site Plan, as amended, be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and
DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1407 and Ordinance No.
1555 be and the same are hereby amended by substituting therein
a revised and amended Final Site Plan, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2: That any and all other changes, conditions and
restrictions of Ordinances not pertaining to said Amended Site
Plan involving increased overhangs shall be in full force and
effect and not amended or repealed by the provisions of this
Ordinance.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
