AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B.
NUMBER OF LICENSES OF SEC. 18.1204
PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF ALCOHOLIC
LIQUOR LICENSES IDT THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph B. Number of Licenses, of
Sec. 18.1204 - Regulations - of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village as same relates to the Number
of Alcoholic Liquor Licenses issued in the Village be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
B. Number of Licenses. There shall be issued in the
Village of Elk Grove Village no more than twenty-
two (22) Class "A" Liquor Licenses; no more than
nine (9) Class "B" Liquor Licenses; no more than
two (2) Class "C" Liquor Licenses; and no more than
four (4) Class "D" Liquor Licenses.
In addition to the foregoing, the Village President may
issue upon application and payment of the additional fee pro-
vided, a Class "AA" Liquor License to any holder of a Class "A"
Liquor License when he,in his sole discretion,deems it advisable
and in the best interest of the Village to do so.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
