AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A REAR YARD
VARIATION TO WILLIAM A. SCHIMPF
1200 ASPEN LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and
held according to law to consider the question of granting
a variation of the rear yard requirements to permit the
construction of a room addition at property located at
1200 Aspen Lane, Elk Grove village and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of
Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village as it relates to the location of structures
within the rear yard to permit the construction of a room
addition to within fifty (50') feet of the rear yard lot
line for property located at 1200 Aspen Lane, Elk Grove
Village and legally described as follows:
Lot 2443 in Elk Grove Village Section 8 being
a subdivision in the South 1/2 of Section 33
Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage,approval and publication
according to law.
