AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1390 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING OF HOSPITAL
FACILITIES," ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS ON AUGUST 12, 1980
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village (the "Municipality"), did on August 12, 1980, adopt Ordinance
No. 1390 entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Acquisition, Construction and
Financing of Hospital Facilities" (the "Enabling Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Municipality
desire to amend the Enabling Ordinance as hereafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED )y the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1. Wherever in the Enabling Ordinance reference is made to
a "bond ordinance," such reference shall hereafter include an alternative
reference to "bond resolution," and wherever in the Enabling Ordinance re-
ference is made to "bonds," such reference shall hereafter include an
alternative reference to "notes."
Section 2. Except as hereinabove expressly amended, the Enabling Ordinance
is hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed and readopted.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after ;ts passage, approval and publication according to law.
