ANVQRDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.903 (LANE DESIGNATION)
OF ARTICLE IX (FIRE LANES) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE - 711 CHELMSFORD LANE
WHEREAS,TEIk Grove Township owner, and Richard M. Hall managing agent,
of property slfsignated as 711 Chelmsford Lane (Elk Grove Township Community
Day Care Cenlea') Elk Grove Village, have requested by letter the establishment
of fire lanesopn said property, a copy of that letter being attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREA5v,rthe location of said fire lanes are -contained on Exhibit "B"
attached hor.eto, which designations are approved by the Chief of the Fire
Departmentiof::fhe Village;
NOW, THERTFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village,QfVElk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois as.

or obstruct wholly or partially any such designated area, be amended by adding

Dear Members of the Village Board:
We, ELK GROVE TOWNSHIP, being owner of certain property located
at 71.1 Chelmsford Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, desire the
establishment of fire lanes around our building. I, Richard M.
]tall, being the Agent of the Owner of the property, do hereby
authorize and permit the Village of Elk Grove Village to estab-
lish fire lanes of the aforementioned property. Said fire lanes
to be located and designated on the property as shown on the
Plat of Survey here attached as Exhibit 'A'.
