ORDINANCE NO. 1510
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
TO ALEXIA14 BROTHERS OF AMERICA, INC. TO
PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF AN EIGHT (8')
FOOT DIAMETER MICROWAVE RECEIVING DISH AND
AN AUXILIARY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ROOM ON
THE ROOF OF ALEXIAN BROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village acting as a Zoning Commission, held a public hearing
to consider the question of granting a special use permit
to Alexian Brothers of America, Inc., to permit the installation
of a microwave receiving dish and electrical equipment room
on the roof of the Alexian Brothers Pledical Center Facility;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it
to be in the best interest of the Village that such special
use permit be granted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there is hereby granted a special use
permit to Alexian Brothers of America, Inc., to permit the
installation of an eight (8') foot diameter microwave receiving
dish and an auxiliary electrical equipment room on the roof
of the Alexian Brothers 'Medical Center located at the Northwest
corner of Biesner and Biesterfield Roads, Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
