PARKING LOTORDINANCE NO. 1526 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM 0-P (OFFICE PARK CONDITIONAL USE DISTRICT) TO 1-1 (.RE.STRI.CTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT) I.B.T.
