AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XII COMMUNITY
SERVICES AND MENTAL HEALTH BOARD OF CHAPTER 7
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY CHANGING THE
NAME OF SAID BOARD TO COMMUNITY SERVICE BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That all references to Community Services
and Mental Health Board in Article XII of Chapter 7 of the
Municipal Code including the heading and Subsection 7.1201
through 1203 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the words "Community Services" and "Mental Health"
and in$erting in its place "Community Service".
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
