AN ORDINANCE GRANTI11G A SIDE YARD VARIATION
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A STORAGE SHED AT PROPERTY LOCATED AT
101 CLEARMONT DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(STADE)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of Sec. 3.54B of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village as it relates to the location of structures
in required front, side or rear yard areas, said variation
being requested by Mr. & Mrs. James H. Stade for property
located at 101 Clearmont Drive and legally described herein-
after; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find that
sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of
the variation herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a variation of Sec. 3.54B of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village is hereby granted
to Mr. & Mrs. James H. Stade to permit the construction of a
storage shed, less than six (6') feet from the side lot line
on property located at 101 Clearmont Drive and legally described
as follows:
Lot 3733 in Elk Grove Village Section 12, being
a subdivision in Sections 32 and 33, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
