AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 18.1203,
APPLICATION OF ARTICLE XII, DEALERS
IN ALCOIiOLIC LIQUOR BY REQUIRING A
TWENTY-FIVE ($25.00) DOLLAR NON-
REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has received
notification from various investigating departments currently
used by the Village to process applications for licenses
for dealers in alcoholic liquor that said investigations will
result in a fee to the Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village are of the opinion that such
fee and such other costs incurred by the Village in the
administration and processing of such liquor licenses should
be paid by any applicant for a liquor license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Sec. 18.1203, Application of Article
XII, Dealers in Alcoholic Liquor, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following paragraph:
All applications for such licenses shall be
accompanied by a Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollar
non-refundable application fee, which fee
shall be utilized in the normal processing
and investigation of the license application.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law
