AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204, ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE AS IT PERTAINS TO LEE STREET AND KING STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
A
STOP STREETS
Lee Street
B
LOCATION
at King Street
SECTION 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
