AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE TO J.B. SANFILIPPO
AND COMPANY THEREBY WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT
OF THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF BUSSE ROAD AND
DEVON AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of
Ordinance 1054 (Subdivision Control Ordinance) to J.B.
Sanfilippo and Company thereby waiving the requirement of
the installation of sidewalks along property located at
the corner of Busse Road and Devon Avenue, Elk Grove
Village.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
