AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION
CONTROL ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE BY PERMITTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A GARAGE ON FOUR (4') FEET OF A TEN (10')
FOOT REAR YARD. EASEMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 707 ARIZONA PASS, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(RINALDI)
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have con-
sidered the request of MICHAEL RINALDI to grant a variation
to the Subdivision Control Ordinance thereby permitting
the construction of a garage on four (4') feet of an
existing ten (10') foot rear yard easement on property
located at 707 Arizona Pass; and
WHEREAS, the various utility companies who enjoy
the use of said easement have indicated that they have
no objection to the granting of said variation; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees find and
believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant
the granting of the variation as requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
ection 1: That there be granted a variation of the
Subdivision Control Ordinance to MICHAEL RINALDI to permit
the construction of a garage on four (4') feet of an
existing ten (10') foot rear yard easement on property
located at 707 Arizona Pass, Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
