AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HOWARD STREET
AND BUSSE ROAD FROM B-2 COMMERCIAL TO
I-1 INDUSTRIAL (TISBO)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, conducted
a Public Hearing duly called and held according to law
to consider the question of rezoning certain property
located within the Village, legally described hereinafter,
from B-2 (General Business District) to I-1 (Restricted
Industrial District); and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe
it to be in the best interest of the Village that said
property be rezoned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the property located at the Northwest
corner of Busse Road and Howard Street, Elk Grove Village,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-2 General Business
District to I-1 Restricted Industrial District, said
property being legally described as follows:
Lot 149 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit 102,
being a subdivision in the North East quarter
of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That from and after the effective date of
this Ordinance said property shall be subject to all of
the conditions and regulations of said I-1 Restricted Industrial
District.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to amend the Village Zoning Map in accordance with the pro-
visions of this Ordinance.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
