AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204, ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS, AND SECTION 14.203, THREE-WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AS IT RELATES TO BONNIE LANE AND HOWARD STREET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

STOP STREETS LOCATION
Bonnie Lane Howard Street
Section 2: That Section 14.203, Three-way and Four-way Intersections,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
31. Bonnie Lane and Howard Street
Section 3: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent shall post
or cause to be posted suitable signs.
Section 4: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provi-
sions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Ten
($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
