HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1480 - 9/8/1981 - ZONING VARIATION/763 CUTTER LNORDINANCE NO. 1480 All ORDINANCE GRANTING A ONE AND ONE- HALF (1,) FOOT SIDE YARD VARIATION TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 763 CUTTER LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Apneals at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Article 3.54, Paragraph E. of the Zoning Ordinanca of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of a fireplace chimney that would extend one and one-half (1'h') feet into the required side yard on property located at 763 Cutter Lane and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a one and one-half (1?') foot variation of Article 3.54, Paragraph E. of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Elk Grove Village Venture and Marin Builders, Inc., to permit the construction of a fireplace chimney on property located at 763 Cutter Lane and legally described as follows: Lot 183 in Stape's Subdivision, being a sub- division of part of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Princioal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 Ylllll6012M Fay M.
