AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION
OF A FENCE IN THE SIDE YARD ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 251 WILDWOOD ROAD, ELK GROVE
VILLAGE (BUTZ)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public hearing, duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of Article 3.54-C as it pertains to general regulations
for lots and yards, thereby permitting the installation of
a fence eight (8') feet into the required side yard on
property located at 251 Wildwood Road, Elk Grove Village
and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and
believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant
the issuance of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Article
3.54-C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit a fence to be constructed eight (8') feet
into the required side yard on property located at 251 Wildwood
Road, and legally described as follows:
Lot 399 in Elk Grove Village Section 1,
South,.being a subdivision in the North
half of Section 28, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
