AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.206A, DO NOT ENTER, OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AS
IT PERTAINS TO BIESTERFIELD ROAD (WEST OF ROHLWING ROAD)
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
or Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That Chapter 14, Section 14.206A, Do Not Enter, of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto Paragraphs 5 and 6, which shall read as follows:
5. Biesterfield Road, south of Columbia Drive
6. Biesterfield Road, east of Meacham Road
Section 2: The Chief of Police or his designated agent shall post
or cause to be posted such signs as are deemed necessary to carry out the
provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for
each offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
