AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SECTION 22A.205 BY PERMITTING ONE
SHUT-OFF BOX FOR MULTIPLE WATER METERS
ON PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That a variation is hereby granted to
Section 22A.205 Shut -Off Boxes of the Municipal Code, which
Section requires a separate shut-off box for each water
meter, to the following property located in the Village
of Elk Grove Village:
