AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.85 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
PERMITTING A SEVEN FOOT (71) FENCE
AT THE COMBINED ELK GROVE VILLAGE -
ELK GROVE PARK DISTRICT PUBLIC WORKS
GARAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.85 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the construction of a seven (7') foot
fence on property located at 1635 Biesterfield Road, said
variation being granted to the Village of Elk Grove Village
and the Elk Grove Park District, the combined owners of the
Public Works Garage located thereon.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
