AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I1t.204, ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS AS IT PERTAINS TO HELEN LANE AND TIMBER LANE
AND SECTION 14.205, YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY AS IT PERTAINS TO WEST-
BOUND CERNAN COURT, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

Stop Streets Location
Helen Lane at Rohlwing Road
Timber Lane at Rohlwing Road
Section 2: That Section 14.205, Yield Right-of-way Intersections, of
the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
Column "A" Column "B"
must yield
Westbound Cernan Court at Grissom Trail
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
