AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE
NORTHWEST SUBUR3AN MUNICIPAL JOINT ACTION WATER AGENCY
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village has passed Ordinance No. 1434, which Ordinance
approved the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement permits an alternate representative to be
appointed to the Executive Committee of the Northwest Suburban Municipal
Joint Action Water Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Bnard of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois.
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village hereby designate and appoint H. Peter Kaleta as the
alternate representative on the Executive Committee of the Northwest
Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency with full aut'ority and
responsibility of a regular member for the purpose of participating in
discussion and voting upon decisions of the Northwest Suburban Joint Action
Water Agency in -the absence of the Village Manager of the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
