AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
LOT 1 OF PARCEL D OF VILLAGE ON THE
LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Contract Purchaser of Lot 1 of Parcel D
of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development has
requested an amendment to the Site Plan previously adopted
by Ordinance No. 535 and amendments thereto, a copy of said
Site Plan amendment being attached hereto as Exhibit "A";
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has conducted public hearings, duly called and held
according to law, to consider said proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe that
it is in the best interests of the Village to amend the Site
Plan as it pertains to Lot 1 of Parcel D in accordance with
the plan set forth in Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook
and DuPage Counties, as follows:
Section 1: That incorporated into this Ordinance and made
a part hereof by reference is the Exhibit, designated as Exhibit
"A", attached hereto.
Section 2: That the portion of Ordinance No. 535, as
amended, insofar as it relates to Lot 1 of Parcel D, the legal
description of which is set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto,
be further amended so that only those uses enumerated and
set forth on said Exhibit A shall be permitted in the property
legally described therein.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with,
or who resists the enforcement of any provision of this Ordinance
shall be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more
than Five hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and each
day that a violation is permitted to exist or continue shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
