AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, BY APPROVING
THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1 OF
PARCEL D OF VILLAGE, ON THE LAKE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Contract Purchaser of Lot 1 of Parcel D
of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development has
requested an amendment to the Site Plan previously adopted
by Ordinance No. 535 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Site Plan amendment has pre-
viously been approved by the President and Board of Trustees
pursuant to Ordinance No. 1401 duly passed and approved on
the 26th day of August, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the final Site Plan has been submitted to
the Plan Commission for approval and the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village after having considered
the recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe
that it is in the best interest of the Village to amend
the Site Plan as it pertains to Lot 1 of Parcel D in accordance
with the final Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook
and DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That incorporated into this Ordinance and
made a part hereof by reference is the Exhibit designated as
Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
Section 2: That that portion of Ordinance No. 535, as
amended, insofar as it relates to Lot 1 of Parcel D, the legal
description of which is set forth on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, be further amended so that only those uses enumerated
and set forth on said Exhibit "A" shall be permitted in the
property legally described therein.
Section 3: That prior to the issuance of a Certificate
of Occupancy, the Developer must submit and the Village must
approve a Landscaping Plan for the subject property.
Section 4: That any person, firm or corporation who
violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply
with, or who resists the enforcement of any provision of this
Ordinance shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars
nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for each offense,
and each day that a violation is permitted to exist or con-
tinse shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
