AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN HOURLY RATE FOR FIRE PERSONNEL PROVIDING
FIRE FIGHTER I AND II CERTIFICATION INSTRUCTION TO FIREFIGHTER CANDIDATES
EMPLOYEED BY THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the hourly wage rates for Fire Personnel providing
Firefighter I and 11 Certification Instruction to Firefighter Candidates shall
be set at each respective employee's actual hourly wage rate as established by
ordinance.
Section 2. That these hourly rates will be paid to Fire Personnel providing
said instruction on a non-scheduled work day.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
October 28, 1980, and to its passage and approval according to law. Said
ordinance shall expire on January 31, 1981.
