AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WAGE RATES FOR FIRE PERSONNEL IN THE
FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU PRE -FIRE PLAN PROGRAM AND PUBLIC EDUCATION
PROGRAM OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the hourly wage rates for Fire Personnel who work in the
Fire Prevention Bureau, Pre -Fire Plan and Public Education Program shall be set
at each respective employee's actual hourly rate as established by ordinance.
Section 2. That these hourly rates will be paid to Fire Personnel providing
said services on a non-scheduled work day.
ection 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
